The wonderful magickal essence of Yule slowly starts to encircle us. Wisping coils of joy wrap themselves around the soul. The air echoes with talk of the return of the Sun god. The Holly King looks upon all. He has kept the vibrant green of the Greenman in our hearts through the shortening days and lengthening nights. The Goddess prepares for the birth of the Mabon. The Solstice approaches and at that time when all seems darkest She will bring hope to our hearts by birthing the Light. The Oak King shall once more take control of the Crown of Seasons and the wheel shall start to advance towards lighter days.
